Basketball in Grennan College
- The sport of basketball has become increasingly popular in Grennan College. A big factor in this rise in popularity is our fantastic state of the art gym.
- We enter teams in the South East championships for 1st years, 2nd years, under 16 and under 19 both boys and girls.
- We have enjoyed great success in recent years winning South East titles in 2023 with the 2nd year girls and our Senior Boys Team of 2024/2025 recently were crowned South Leinster D Champions
- A number of our students have gone on to represent the South East in the inter regional championships.
- Training for different age groups takes place every day at lunchtime in the gym and all are welcome to join.
