Soccer at Grennan College

• Grennan College offers soccer to all students. We participate in tournaments throughout the year, to a very high standard.
• We have U15, U17, and U19 teams who compete in the Carlow/Kilkenny League every year and have often qualified to represent the region in the Leinster Champions League.
• In the last decade, the highlight for our school has undoubtedly been our Senior Team winning the National Cup Final in 2017, and returning to contest the final again in 2018.
• We train at lunchtime on our school pitch and play our home games on the state-of-the-art astro pitch at Thomastown United’s home ground.
• We have a long tradition of award-winning soccer teams in Grennan College, and we continue to aim for this in the years to come.
